“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

Yoga (Sanskrit: योग) literally means to 'yoke', to come into union, with oneself and the cosmic collective.

There are eight limbs to yoga:

As a practising yogi for over twenty years and a qualified teacher (200h YTT) since 2018, I focus on yoga both on and beyond the mat, by incorporating the teachings and philosophy of all eight limbs.

As such, I offer restorative yin, vinyasa flow, meditation, and Satsangs.
