Full Moon in Capricorn + Uranus Enters Gemini

On July 7th 2025, Uranus ingressed into Gemini for the first time since May 1942, creating an energetic shift that will likely see the world as you know it quickly disappear into the rear view mirror, as a new landscape emerges right in front of your very eyes.
Forcing things into a new, sharply defined focus, this may either prove to be the impetus for change you’ve been hoping for, or the onset of an unsettling and sudden chain of events you’ve long been dreading, but perhaps deeply need.
In either case, things are likely to occur swiftly and powerfully.
However, as Uranus will return to the latter degrees of Taurus between this coming November and April 2026 - before it permanently situates itself in Gemini until August 2032 - the coming months ahead are merely a teaser of what’s to come over the next seven years. Thus, you may do well to take note of what manifests in your life during this period.
But certainly issues pertaining to communication, social media, technology (especially AI), education, and travel may all become prevalent. Asking, what within your life needs to change, modify, or improve. In addition, when it comes to the onslaught of external information you’re exposed to - which is likely to increase exponentially over this time - do you have the capacity to think critically, the willingness to do your due diligence in regard to researching, and the ability to control your impulse when it comes to either reacting, responding, or believing whatever seems like the latest truth bomb to explode.
They say the revolution will not be televised and with Uranus in Gemini, it might just ironically be the case, as in-person human interaction and a connection to nature may just be the most rebellious and revolutionary thing you can do over the coming months and years ahead. Hence, you may see a split in society between those who further intertwine themselves with technology and those that disconnect altogether and return to a simpler, more unconventional, off-grid way of living.
Whichever path you choose, it’s likely that life in 2032, when Uranus transitions into the emotional realms of Cancer, won’t look anything like how it does now.
Setting you on course though will be the Full Moon at 18º Capricorn, occurring on July 10th 2025 (9:36pm BST). Bringing to a point of completion a cycle which began back on December 30th 2024, with the New Moon at 9º Capricorn - when you were asked to cease waiting for the right moment to begin and simply begin - can you acknowledge for yourself what in the last six months has been initiated, maintained, scrapped, and nurtured.
Did you develop the willingness to take ownership of your life and its direction forward. Did you learn the importance of taking responsibility for the work required - internally and externally - to create the life you wanted. If so, then this lunation may prove to be a fulfilling one, whereby you are rewarded with the fruits of your labour.
Yet, if resistance arose during this period, then the energetics at play may just trigger a call to action you’ve long been avoiding.
With the Moon in opposition to the Sun in Cancer, both squaring Chiron in Aries, tensions may rise as anything unresolved or unhealed becomes evident and potentially more potent. Issues around self and other, masculine and feminine energy, inner and outer worlds, emotionality and stoicism are all likely to be of prime focus, asking, how can you find balance between these polarity points.
As Chiron will be square to Pluto Rx in Aquarius, the only way out is through and thus, there is the opportunity for transformational healing to occur, but only if you’re willing to finally confront that which has until now been circumnavigated at all costs.
Now in Gemini, Uranus continues its meeting with Venus, making a square to Mars conjunct the South Node in Virgo. Here the call for radical change begins, asking that you utilise past wisdom and insight to inform present and future decisions, especially when it comes to your relationship to inter-personal dynamics, monetary and material assets, and what you truly value.
Do things need a re-evaluation or a total shift in perspective. Do you need to modify the way in which you communicate and self-express. Have you drifted out of alignment in certain aspects of your life. And when it comes to the information required, do you have all the facts, or are you creating fiction within the confines of your mind.
If you’re uncertain, trust that answers are soon to become apparent.
Whilst not always comfortable, the truth, as they say, will set you free. And thus, with Jupiter in Cancer squaring ruling planet Saturn conjunct Neptune Rx, both in Aries, getting clear on the reality may just help you shift it. As such, can you accept things as they are, yet determine for yourself how you’d like them to be. Clarifying what structures need to be dismantled or built, in order to support that vision.
Emotions may intensify in the process, yet if utilised, the strength of your feeling may just prove to be what propels you to make the necessary changes required to finally bring the mental into the material.
